I became interested in Folk Music back in the sixties, when somehow The Kingston Trio and Peter, Paul,and Mary broke into the mainstream with Tom Dooley and Puff, The Magic Dragon. It was a few years later that I picked up my sister's Gibson and taught myself those few basic chords that can play a multitude of songs. That was the beginning of my life-long love affair with Folk Music that continues to this day! |
